As the head chef for Virginia Lamb & Meats, I regularly develop and test
new products for our value added line of frozen entrees.

This has resulted in a 62% increase in sales over the past four years.
Retail Sales Management
On any given week we have three sales teams at local farmers markets selling directly to the consumer.
I manage the sales force, hire additional personnel, as well as, design all direct marketing materials and create sales driving retail displays.
Multimedia Marketing
As the Marketing Director, I am responsible for web design and content, as well as, social
media marketing. Being online since 1998, we were one of the first businesses within our
industry to use the web so effectively.
I also write a BLOG
As an advocate of “buying local” and community supported agriculture I author the Virginia
Lamb & Meats blog which focuses on educating and connecting us to our customers.
Past CEO of the Breeders’ World
I was the founder and creative force behind the Breeders’ World, a national agriculture marketing
firm that catered to the livestock show industry.
I hired and managed a remote work force through internal social networks.
I strategically implemented four forums that created an online community of over 5 million annual visitors.
At the forefront of internet marketing, our company invested considerable amounts of time
educating our industry. I became a regular speaker at conferences and agriculture forums,
educating others on how to use the web effectively and maximize online marketing.

After spending ten years growing a nationally recognized ag-marketing firm, I made the tough
decision to sell the business and return to school to pursue a more direct path in education.
I hold “D” Coaching License from the United States Soccer Foundation as well as State & Regional
Goalkeeper Coaching Diplomas from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
Another one of my passions is working with kids. I coached our district girls travel soccer team (U10-U16)
for six years. I am now the Head Junior Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at Clarke County High School.
