Welcome to JAM Total Sport
JAM Total Sport is inspired by Jonathan and Hannah Moore. It is a collaboration of Muay
Thai, Athletics, strength and conditioning, and a fusion of African contemporary, Jazz
and commercial dance.
We inspire young people and adults to express themselves creatively through Sport and
Dance while using these disciplines as a tool to instil lifelong values such as respect,
honesty, teamwork, humility, and self-sacrifice, values which help nurture positive
human beings and role models for society.

The faces of the program
Jonathan Moore
Jonathan is the founder and owner of JAM Total Sport, and has been inspired by his
adventurous life experience thus far to positively impact others through sport. His adventures
have seen him travel aboard to various countries in Europe as well, working with street children
and Orphans in Kenya while also living and studying in America on a sports scholarship.
His vision for many years has been to make a difference to the lives of young people and
adults through Sport. His passion, skill and knowledge in sport and fitness has lead him to want
to share this with the wider community, and build a sustainable athletic program for Schools
and the community that will contribute as being a catalyst to their success.
JAM Total Sport believes that encouraging young people to be confident, respectful,
disciplined and strong human beings will help lead them to become role models for society.
These are morals and values Jonathan himself as picked up in so far in his career as a Muay
Thai fighter.
When asked what is JAM Total Sport Jonathan replied. “We use Sport and dance as a tool to
allow young People to EXPRESS themselves creatively”

Hannah Moore
JAM Total Sport is a collaboration of athletic sport and a fusion of contemporary, Jazz and commercial
dance coached by Jonathan Moore and Me Hannah Moore.
I began dancing from the age of three first beginning Tap classes at my local dance school in Thornton
Heath soon after I began other disciplines such as Jazz, modern and ballet.
Alongside dancing I also participated in a range of sports such as Gymnastics, swimming and competing
in netball at Surrey county level. From a young age I loved taking part in physical sports and activities I
wasn't the academic type and enjoyed the freedom, discipline and competitive attitude it brought that
I was afraid to express in a class room environment. I attended St Andrews C of E high school where I
took part in dance performances and local talent shows such gifted and talented performances dance
at Croydon's local theatre Fairfield Hall and the Ashcroft Theatre.
Following this I went to The Brit School completing a two year BTEC national diploma in performing arts
dance, the course ignited my passion for dance tremendously and built up my confidence which is and
has been an ongoing working process for me as an individual.
After completing my two years at college I auditioned for various vocational colleges and gained a place
at one where I needed to obtain my own funding to attend the 3 year course however my heart was set
on (LIPA) The Liverpool institute for Performing arts where I felt an immediate connection when visiting
the campus.

Nandi Bhebhe
Nandi Bhebhe is London born and trained at the Liverpool institute of Performing Arts.
With a contemporay base, Nandi also has trained extensively in traditional African and African
contemporay dance, as a member of Vocab Dance Company, jazz and commercial dance.
As well as performing, Nandi loves and regularly teaches across the UK and is an avid
choreographer, gaining notable praise from recent works, including Best choreography
nomination at the UK VMA's 2012.
Nandi’s live performance credits include The Wombats Live on Tour, Biennial Dance festival in
Bangalore, Episodes of Blackness with Vocab Dance Company, Frusted with Adiasopora Dance
Company,’5, 6, 7, 8’ at the Royal court theatre.
And recently Bill T. Jones musical Fela! As Queen Naa Lamiley in its premier in London, National
tour in Europe, first International tour in the US, and on Broadway, New York. Nandi Bhebhe is
a passionate, dynamic and versatile performer with a true desire, flair, understanding and love
for what she does.
I am very glad be involved in the work Jonathan and Hannah are doing as JAM Total Sport
providing support and assistants to the dance program. The company ethos is one of hard
work and happy faces, community spirit and creativity, and the company aim is to spread these
great values

JAM Total Sport House Rules
• No Jewellery or gadgets in session
• Always address Instructor as Coach or by First name only
• No swearing or bad language in session
• No hands on knees or hips during session when tired. (stand tall and look ready)
• When coach is talking hands must be behind back ( so we have their full attention)
• No eating during session
• Respect coaches and peers at all time
• Encourage, support and motivate one another
• Once in session we are all family
• Have fun enjoy and EXPRESSYOURSELF

JAM Athletics
Move well, move smooth, and move powerfully; with the forces of Primal move and Athletic
training combined together.
JAM Total Sport is delivering an innovative and powerful class for all those who want to
effectively retrain their body to reclaim its natural ability to move with elegance, strength,
power and speed, these sessions are open to all who have the enthusiasm and, boldness to
step out of their comfort zone and become a force of nature.
The Athletic training will combine the principals of running, jumping, throwing, and agility
based drills to allow you to execute pure ninja movement, Athletes will also have the
opportunity to compete amongst each other to find out who is the most complete Female
and Male in each discipline, don’t wait for the right moment to get involved make it the
Right moment NOW ;)

JAM Dance
Move, express and inject your personality into the enchanting rhythms and beats of Afro
Caribbean music and dance.
JAM Dance is a distinct and unique programme, which encourages self-expression through
the disciplines of Jazz and Afro-contemporary dance. JAM Dance studies the rhythmical
footwork of West African dance, and the isolation of the core, spine and hips.
The session is structured into three sections. A fast paced energetic warm-up to get the heart
pumping, a short sequence learning various footwork combinations to wake the brain up
and finally a routine to finish with linking footwork combinations and dance movements
learnt over the period of the sessions. Be sure to get involved as this programme will get you
moving like a gazelle on ice

Strength and conditioning
The S+C Program is designed to get you STRONGER, lifting and shifitng weight and pressing
metal above your head is how the world class strong men do it, with a beautiful carry over
from our athletic program which will re-train the body to move well, move better and move
like an absolute NINJA.
Good movement patterns, and been able to exquisitely control your own body movements is
a must before you start lifting and shifting ANY weight.
Strength is a master quality in which the foundation of all athletes development should be
built upon, this is what makes a healthy athlete, it’s impossible to be injury free however
strength will bullet proof your body like an Ox tearing through an open corn field.
All athletes are required to know how to hinge, front and back Squat, Dead lift, and Bench
Press efficiently and safely combined with strengthening the cardiovascular system and
getting your heart beating as strong as a silver back pounding his chest, these are some of
the principals you STRONG men and women will be ploughing through soon.

Muay Thai
Muay Thai is known as the signs of 8 limbs; we train our fists, elbows, knee’s and shins to be
devastating weapons used to protect ourselves, Muay Thai originates from Thailand and is a
style that the local villagers used to protect their villages from the attacks of invader trying to
take over their land.
Muay Thai fighters are also very unassuming characters (not your likely image) however they
are well known to be used as body guards for the kings and queens of Thailand. All though
this is a fighting sport one of the great aspects of this sport is the morals and code of conduct
it carries with it, such as Disciple, respect, self-sacrifice, honesty, dedication and thorough work.
As student athletes you will be enrolling yourself onto a powerful and exciting program that
will take you on an exciting journey fit for any King or Queen

Nature Fit
Nature fit teaches and educates young people to use the outdoors environment as there play
space for getting athletically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually strong, using the
woodlands as the place to unleash your Tarzan like instincts and senses.
The outdoor life of the woods is the ideal place for tranquilly, freshness, and a sense of
vibrancy you cannot get in most other places, the sound of the birds singing and wildlife
walking while we’re working on Log lifts, hill sprints, and bodyweight exercises will allow
you to tap into an inner part of you that you never knew existed.
The woodlands laid a foundation for Hannah and myself and is a training regime we use to
this day.
Created and Introduce to us by Milton Moore originally from Jamaica, we are fortunate
enough to have this as foundation that instilled discipline and self-sacrifice into our life snow
we are going to share it with YOU!

• We are building a partnership with Oasis foundation who shares a similar ethos to
JAM. JAM and Oasis are passionate about people in the community and our vision is
to create a long lasting legacy for lives of young people through Sport and dance,
instilling a positive outlet in a structured environment.
• We aim to run our successful athletic and dance programmes alongside the schools
national curriculum, and have our programmes accredited by the national governing
bodies so we can implement our philosophy across the UK.
• Our long term vision is to deliver accredited certifications and workshops to the
community. To develop and train, young people, sports leaders and fitness
professionals to deliver JAM programmes under our philosophy and widen our
territory.
