and Filtering them through the DUAL MEDIA filters, Resin filter and hardness causing materials in softener .This pre-treated water is passed into HERO Plant for reduction of high TDS and to achieve 85% recovery of permeate Water through the process.

Involved with the erection and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant for Bio-Mass plant process water treatment. Gas Scrubber in Gasification areas has an operational constrain of Choking. This results in abnormality of high vibration and
sudden changes in condensate levels leading to trip. This was made to a stabilized operation through the concept of
operational regulation in the plant sequence through my initiatives.
