Designed, planned and led the provision of all HR services for 1,850 employees in nine locations across NY, VT and NH.

HR Strategy, Team Development and Compliance – Developed and mentored an outstanding and efficient HR team

System Implementations – Proposed, secured funding and implemented Lawson Software’s HR system, fully
integrated with the Payroll and Financial systems, and redesigned processes to maximize automation. Led organization
into the Internet recruiting era with Lawson’s E-Recruiting, a web-based recruiting, applicant tracking and new hire
transaction processing tool, improving HR efficiency, results and reporting.
Culture and Change - Successfully planned and implemented all workforce components of MVP’s $1B+ merger with
Preferred Care. Integrated HR policies and processes, compensation, benefits and the HR team. Led messaging and the
internal communication team. Unified company culture; leading the intentional culture shaping process and program.
Talent Management & Recruiting – Conceived and led a critical project to increase IT professional staff by 100 (50%)
to support on-time completion of an IT systems and process integration. Modernized recruiting strategies and
processes through the use of e-recruiting technology. Personally recruited and hired 36 VP-level executives and
physicians directly and through effective partnerships with external recruiting firms.
Employee Relations & Retention - Ensured due process at all times, reinforcing a culture of respect. Partnered with
management to develop retention programs targeting key employee groups. Selected/implemented employee
engagement surveys; directed communication of the results and action plans. Developed and implemented the company
intranet, successfully transitioning employee communication from email to real-time intranet content.
