Juan Mendizabal is a dynamic leader with extensive experience and proven success in leading Field Sales & Service organizations, and production environments in the Market Research and Consumer Services industry. He has led organizations of more than 2000 associates in the US and across more than 30 countries worldwide.

With a collaborative, progressive, and structured leadership style, Juan engages his organizations to innovate and consistently exceeded expectations through a results-oriented approach. As Senior Vice President of Operation for The Nielsen Company, Juan led the due-diligence and eventual integration of a large acquisition, reducing operating costs by 20% and improving execution KPIs. As Global Leader of Operations, Juan led a program to integrate, standardize, and improve results across 32 countries with fragmented technologies, processes, and performance. The program resulted in a 20% cost reduction, and 35% improvement in performance metrics through supply chain improvements, technology enhancements, outsourcing and vendor efficiencies, and process improvements.

Over his decades of experience in leading geographically dispersed teams, Juan has leveraged his effective communication skills and his own experience, starting in a Field sales and service role, to build a culture of integrity and employee commitment that results in high employee satisfaction and commitment to the company.

Juan holds a bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and an M. B. A., with distinction, from the University of South Florida.
