The software consists of two main parts:

- The Call Handling IVR -- The Web Front -

The Call Handling IVR

The diagram above depicts Insight’s typical network topography. The IVR system is connected to a telephone network through which it can send and receive calls. Since Insight now supports direct VoIP connectivity, your system can also be stationed anywhere with an Internet connection. For example, a call originating from India can terminate directly via IP to an IVR Server in the United States.

Admission Information

College administration can get rid of all hassle passel faced

during start of new academic session for new admissions. IVR can play repeatedly requested admission information like admission dates and schedule, eligibility criteria and documents required on callers request without any need for manual attendant’s assistance thereby saving manpower for other more productive work.

Application Status

Caller can know the status of his admission application by dialing into

the system and entering his Application Number and he will be prompted the application status whether admitted or not. And if admitted, in which class admission is granted is announced to

the caller. Caller just needs to dial into the system

and enter his application number and IVR will prompt application status, if

caller selects to know application status.

Fee Submission Status

Caller will be announced the status of last submitted fee and information for next fee submission without any assistance from manual attendant and hereby minimizing corresponding long wait while attendant searches for the information.

Caller just needs to dial into the system and enter his student id and password, and IVR will prompt the fee submission status if he selects to hear fee submission status.

Complaints For Parents

Caller will be able to listen to the complaints, if any, recorded by college authorities against that student.

Caller just needs to dial into the system and enter his student id and password, and IVR will play the recorded complaint for caller if caller selects to hear complaints for parents.

Result Enquiry

Grades Obtained In Last Exam Caller will be announced the student’s

percentage & grade obtained in last exam along with result declaration date. Caller would be prompted appropriately if result not declared.

Final Result Caller will be informed the final marks

obtained by the student in each subject with final grade. If result not declared caller would be prompted appropriately.

Caller just needs to dial into the system and enter his student id and password, and IVR will prompt the result if he selects to hear result enquiry or grades obtained. Hereby removing the need for manual attendant and subsequent delays.

The InsightCampus software may be managed from any Web Browser from anywhere in the world with ease-of-use that is unmatched in the industry. This flexible management interface enables campus administrators to make immediate updates and changes to the system.

The Incoming Calls Report lets you view all incoming calls hitting the system during specified time period.
