Annual preventative maintenance visit:workscarriedoutaccordingtothe equipment specification manual and including inspection, adjustment, lubrication and functionally testing the drive mechanisms of the equipment. Also to inspect and clean the outer cabinet.
Any defective parts found will be recorded on a job sheet, a quotation provided, and subject to customer approval will be replaced within an agreed time period.
Call-outsoutsideofthemaintenancevisit are subject to a call-out fee plus onsite time and travel time charges. Return visits will be subject to the above charges.
A quotation will be provided and subject to customer approval the defective parts will be replaced within an agreed time period.
Response time for attendance on site will be within 72 hours of an order beingreceived(thisdoesnotincludeweekends).
Silver (Comprehensive – labour only)
