Caroline Newheiser lives in Charlotte,

NC. She is an ACBC certified counselor

and is currently pursuing her master’s

degree in Christian Counseling at

Reformed Theological Seminary where

her husband, Jim, is the Director of the

Christian Counseling program and is an

Associate Professor of Counseling and

Practical Theology. She was a pastor’s

wife for 31 years before moving to

Charlotte. She and Jim have three

grown sons.

Made in the image of God, who enjoys perfect fellowship within the Trinity, we

are social creatures who long for companionship. Although we develop rich

relationships with fellow creatures, we find our truest friend in Jesus.

Friendships flourish when women share mutual love and esteem for the Bible,

and are guided by the truth and example of God's irresistible love.

11:00am Session 3 – How to Love Difficult People

Relationships can be hard or even painful, with great emotional cost. The

Bible teaches us how to love others, no matter how difficult, because of the

love we have received.

1:30pm Session 4 – Loving One Another in Loneliness

Earthly relationships can become dysfunctional and unhealthy, leading to

loneliness, but healing and love can be found in relationship with God, our

constant Father and friend.
