What is Initiative for Research & Innovation in Science Fair? (IRIS)

A platform for school children to display scientific aptitude through research based projects and an opportunity to win recognition and awards at a National and International level

The Department of Science & Technology (DST), Intel and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), have joined hands to promote and nurture inventions & innovations among students.

It is affiliated to the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF) which is held in USA and IEYI (International Exhibition for Young Inventors) held in various countries every year by CII.
