manager), BA from the Hebrew university, holds over 15 years of

experience in entrepreneurship & leading organizations through

international transactions facing international corporations

mainly in the advertising segment.

The need in the market

Trends in the BTL advertisement business in the recent years:

Advertisers face consumer disappointment during encounter with the product on the shelf, due to crash of image created in the ATL.

Large portion of the budget is paid as commission to the advertisement agency & media planning companies instead of being invested in the solution.

Advertisers understands the need of “purchase experience” creation for achieving increase in sales, and look for sustainable non-consuming solution to deliver an effective digital message.

Research shows that increase in sales is achieved by consumer’s personal involvement in the sale process. Small screen, in eye-level, 100% dedicated to product related media, as part of POS promotion package – is more effective than any other media channel.

There are many digital signage solutions providers, but few understand the relations between POS – Advertiser – Consumer, and comply with the needs of all of them by using ‘tailor made’ technology.

• Experience. We directed our vision and R&D procedures based on

knowledge piled up during 30 years of working in BTL environment. We developed designated & unique marketing models.

• Hardware. We offer simple and perfected solution for content management, and outstanding advantages in hardware. End devices (screens as well) controlled & supervised from far but do not require an operating system or internet connectivity infrastructure.

1. Hardware, operations & logistic costs decrease. Wired / Wireless connection is not required.

2. We easily over come preliminary objections & set-backs raised by the POS owners, such as: Complicated & expensive hardware and installation procedures. Technical malfunctions like network connectivity failures simply don’t exist.

3. All end devices are “Plug & Play” and can be activated by any waiter or shop assistant. No need for skilled personnel in activation.

During 2011 the company signed an exclusive distribution agreement with a

local POPM supplier in USA & in Russia, and started to gain Marketing &

Sales achievements in Israel as well. The company already proofed the

marketing strategy to be applicable by broadcasting advertisements in 30 bars

& 16 retail branches in Israel. The company is directly & indirectly in business

with leaders of various segments in the market:

Israel: H.Stern, Tempo, Sabon, Osem, Coca-Cola, P&G, and more.

Russia: JTI, OTP, Tesco

Restaurants, advertisers & consumers interact and share opinions &

is hot & active day and night, and connect the activity in different
