Introduction to the unit
The aim of this lesson is to inform you of the content and structure of the unit including my expectations
Aim

1. Know the security measures employed in a custodial environment
2. Know how control is maintained in the custodial environment
3. Understand the receiving & discharging procedure for individuals and their property
4. Understand how offenders can build positive relationships in custody
