What is an ESA? An assessment of real property. Accordance with provincial regulations, CSA Standard Z768-01 & Z769-

An ESA seeks to determine:

1. "Likelihood" of contamination on, in or under the property. 2. If necessary, identify "Location and Concentration" of contaminants.

Can be a Multi-Stage Process.

*new rule for July 2011.
