MEANING OF A CONTRIBUTOR

•One of the aspect of a Contributor’s mindset is his/her goal of creating value – for self, for family, for the team, for the organization, for customers and for society.

•In short, the Contributor aims to create value for all stakeholder in his/her life.

Vision for success:

•He takes his work as worship, so all the qualities goal, mission, vision, challenge, establishment merge.

•To become successful person, we should do hard and absolutely dedicated work and absolute commitment to duties given to you.

•Take challenges as an opportunity. Because any hurdle initially looks hard but when you study and when you think you always find a way to overcome any hurdle.

Vision of career

•According to him job satisfaction is both internal and external because it will give you a credential in the society.

•If his juniors are not working as his expectations, he starts working in his organization like a junior!

•So, they see him working like them, they get inspired that the boss is working like us.

•For him there is no short term vision or long term vision.•For him, the patient’s vision is his vision.

•He suggest to take your work as worship.•Your knowledge, your work, skills enhancement should be your primary goal of the life.•You have to make exclusive by gaining technical knowledge. So, the money, the name and the fame will automatically come.

•So, your priority must to gain technical knowledge.

He thinks that by grace of gods he completed 51000 surgeries and cured more than 5 lac patients.

For him it is his contribution to the society.

During his private practice, many times difficult and challenging cases come. So he thinks that there are two ways to solve it. First, he can refer other doctor and other way is to learn and study to solve those difficult cases by treating the best possible way for patient.

•At the age of 52, he still wake up at 4 a.m. and start working at his hospital from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.

•He thinks that the whole world works for 7-8 hours.

•So working for 12 hours or more hours, he has doubled his career.

CONCLUSION

•By seeing above his characteristics I can say that he is a contributor.
