•Contributor is the person who believes in giving or contributing something and has a focused mindset towards development for self as well as surrounding.

•I believe that Mr. Devang is a contributor.

•All the qualities which a contributor should have I think he has.

•He thinks that the person should not just focus on their past glories but should move on and should focus on what s/he wants to achieve further.

•Neither he believes that one should have pride of what s/he has.

•He thinks that people should not just pay for him but also he wants that people are cured but his treatment.

•He wants to develope capabilities of his juniors as well as himself along with his work.

•He not only performs the activities but also tries to achieve the purpose behind those activities.

•He believes in accepting challenges and bringing out solutions by facing them.

•Here is one of the example which he shared.

•Once a person got complexes related to lungs and it was a very tough case.

•Using his talent he solved it without any complexion and the person survived.

•This is enough proof that he has ability to face challenges.

•He goes through a deep thinking before he has to handle any case whether it is a serious case or it is a easy case.

•He believes that if a person is capable s/he will be rewarded.

•He wants to achieve higher goals in life and wants more progress.

•He believes that a person should be what s/he is and should never change for others.

•He believes that work must be done in team to achieve progress or goal.

•He has ability to create positive mindset.

•All the above qualities makes him a contributor for me.

•But as we all know that no one can be a perfect contributor so I must say that he is partially a contributor.
