Target children and mothers to make them aware of the benefit and we communicate this message that Ovaltine complete supplement. Q3) : How do you convey your message ? Which mediums do you use ? Mr Zafar: We keep the benefits of the product and our target market in view and communicate the message accordingly. Communicated through tv channels and cable network, press advertisements including family and sports magazines. Advertising agencies, sales merchandisers are involved in the communication process. Q4) : How do you maintain links between your sales force and customers ? Mr Zafar: We have an educated sales force who complete knowledge about the product and its qualities. They give confidence to customers for the return or exchange of the product and provide after sales service. These types of things build strong relationships between our sales force and customers.

Q5) Of the marketing mix ( Price ,Promotion, Place ,Product ) which one should be changed in your opinion for the brand ?

Mr Zafar: The only P which I think should be changed is price because our prices are already significantly lower than our competitors but keeping in mind the situation of the economy such the devaluation of our currency, utilities and increasing fuel prices increasing the costs of goods.

Q6) : What are the major opportunities and problems you see while marketing this brand ?

Mr Zafar: In todays modern world there are quite a few opportunities available to market this brand in a better manner. For example, increased media available, people have become health conscious, and entry in small towns.

Problems: lower buying power. Not available in many flavors. Increase in import costs due to devaluation of rupee.
