Invoice number and date: during the sales the invoice is generated so the invoice number is to be entered. 4. Cheque/DD no : the cheque number or demand draft number given by the customers is entered. 5. Date: the date mentioned on the cheque. 6. Name of bank: the bank through which the payment is made. 7. Total deductions: the total deductions are the tax . there are various tax like: TDS, BANK CHARGES, WCT etc. 8. Net amount paid: the total to be paid after the adjustments. 9. Pra no : after entering the details in the sap , there is a number generated against the transaction made , that number is pra number. 10.
