HARD ROCK HOTEL Scope:
◦ Beach, Rock, Speed.... This is Hard Rock Daytona Beach. Sitting on ten acres of oceanfront property, less than three-quarters of a mile south of the Daytona Beach pier, Flick·Mars is envisioning the guestrooms, restaurants, bars, and function space to accentuate the energy created by the thrill of racing mixed with the exuberance of rock and roll music.
◦ The Hard Rock Daytona Beach is comprised of 250 guestrooms and 107 luxury residences on the 11 floors towering above the world famous Daytona beach. The one of a kind property is set to open late 2017.
