There are many ways in which you will develop your skills, both professional and personal. As a trainee you will follow a learning roadmap that outlines the training you will receive over the two to three years of the programme. This encompasses a mix of general skills and leadership know-how, and skills programmes delivered through e-learning and instructor-led training sessions.

RELEVANT DEGREE DISCIPLINES: We look for minimum of a 2.2 from any discipline, except in Research & Development where we look for a technical qualification in a Chemical, Biological, Physical or Food related Science, Chemical/Materials/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

WEEKLY PAY IN 2013: £18,500 pro rata

LENGTH OF INTERNSHIP: Anything from 3 days to 12 months
