is an internship program specially designed for university students and sponsored by MassMutual Asia since 2012

Objectives

To provide an ideal platform and fast track enabling university students to get exposure to the financial sector and a financial-planning career

To help university students acquire professional qualifications and gain experience from mentors

To equip university students to better develop their future career in financial planning

Requirements

Full-time university students

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Demonstrate strong interest in the financial sector

Five-week Structured Program

Consists of 2-week classroom training and 3-week fieldwork with hands-on experience

Gain advanced knowledge and skills in wealth and risk management through an intensive training course

Experience the day-to-day operations of the financial-planning business

Benefit from the knowledge and experience gained by networking with senior management

Carry out project work with the potential to make a real business impact

Empower your communication skills, as taught by a renowned NLP coach

Build an professional image with advice from an image consultant

Acquire professional qualifications and receive scholarship of HK$10,000 upon successful completion of the program

Criteria of Receiving Scholarship of HK$10,000

Passed Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination – Paper 1, 3 and 5

Passed the assessment for Wealth Management Foundation Program and Risk Management Foundation Program

Conducted financial-needs analyses as an individual assignment

Completed group research project on risk and wealth management of Hong Kong people.

Fulfilled mentor’s assessment requirements

Full attendance at the program (Orientation Day, all training programs and workshops, agency fieldwork and graduation ceremony)
