International Baccalaureate (IB) Examination Results At ICS we are proud of our reputation as a non-selective school that encourages and enables all students to undertake the full IB Diploma Programme. We are aware that if we were to selectively admit students into the IB Diploma, the ICS IB grade point average results would increase by a number of points. However, we remain firmly committed to our belief that all students can achieve individual success in the IB Diploma Programme. We encourage and support all students in attempting the IB Diploma Programme. Therefore, once again we had 99% of our students presented for the full IB Diploma. As the only fully inclusive international IB school within Zurich our results continue to be excellent thanks to the dedication of our highly qualified teachers, supporting specialists and the wholehearted support of our school’s families. This year we are delighted that one of our students achieved a perfect score of 45 out of a possible 45 points. Furthermore, 22% of our IB candidates achieved a score of 38 points or higher which is quite an achievement for a wholly inclusive school. In addition, 30% of ICS students were awarded the IB Bilingual Diploma. Our mean score is steady at 33.5 points with 89% of our students earning the IB Diploma. We are proud of all our candidates.
