It equips them with the skills to plan; conduct, and report on audits enabling them to conduct effective food safety audits within the company. Participants will gain techniques on how to detect system errors and to identify areas of improvements that will contribute to continual improvement of the food safety management system. This detailed course will cover the fundamentals of ISO 22000 requirements, ISO 22000 Prerequisite Programs, how to plan, conduct and report an internal audit of ISO 22000 food safety system, and to identify areas of improvements as well as determine effectiveness of corrective actions taken. The course will also be based on auditing principles as outlined in ISO19011 Auditing Standard. It will lead delegates through each step of the internal audit process as they complete the course exercises.
