Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) is one of the most important mineral filler that is used in the plastic industry. As an additive in plastic materials CaCO3 it reduces the surface energy, surface gloss and provides improved surface quality.

Polymers are added fillers, which give them strength, reduce elasticity and certainly reduce the price of the product.

Polyethylene is one of the most widely used plastics. Its primary use is in the packaging (plastic bags, plastic film, plastic containers, bottles, etc..)

PHYSICAL PROPERTIESPolyethylene is a thermoplastic polymer, consisting of long hydrocarbon chains. Depending on the crystallinity and molecular weight, melting point may or may not be apparent. The temperature at which it becomes firm depends on the type of polyethylene.

For the most common medium and high density polyethylene, the melting point is in the range of 120-130 °C (248-266 °F).

For commercial low-density polyethylene, the melting point is 105-115 °C (221-239 °F.

CHEMICAL PROPERTIESMost LDPE, HDPE and MDPE species have excellent chemical resistance. They are also resistant to milder oksidane and the reducing agent.

Polyethylene burns slowly, blue flame with a yellow tip and the smell of paraffin. Polyethylene (XLP) can often be dissolved at elevated temperatures in aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene or xylene, or in chlored solvent such as trihloretan or trihlorbenzen.

Polypropylene (PP), also known as polypropene is a thermoplastic polymer used in a variety of applications, including packaging, labels, textiles, plastic utensils, plastic parts, reusable containers, laboratory equipment, automotive parts, polymer banknotes.

Melting point occurs in ranges. Perfect isotactic PP has a melting point of 171 °C (340 °F). Commercially PP has a melting point ranging between 160-166 °C (320-331 °F), depending on the material and crystallinity. Sindiotaktik PP with crystallinity of 30% has a melting point of 130 °C (266 °F).

IP-30F - POLYMERThis product is added on a special scale to LDPE, HDPE, PE film, and the production of plastic bags. It is widely used because they contribute to reducing the cost of the product. In addition, the recommended amount, increases the strength of the product and maintains the thickness of the product.

IP-36M - POLYMERThis product is particularly suitable for producing PE corrugated pipe. If you use the recommended amount, the product helps to develop physical and mechanical properties of PE pipe.
