I am able to evaluate complex situations, review available information, and identify possible courses of action. I am able to process information from multiple sources, determine how it is related, and make responsible decisions based on possible outcomes. I have learned organizational techniques that will lead to greater efficiency completing personal and group tasks. I have taken opportunities to listen to leaders in their field of study and learn what skills are most important to develop for leadership in the workplace. I am able to recognize the human/material/technological resources available to me and how to utilize them. I am able to delegate work and know when to seek support. I have learned time management techniques and practive them in my daily life. I am able to market my academic and non-academic college experiences in a well written resume that is appropriate to my desired profession.
