Introduction

I have always been keen about the proper organization of things. When I was younger, I had my mother buy me my own organizer so that I could write down everything that I will be doing for the week and when exactly I will be doing it (e.g. dinner at 6PM, dishes at 7PM, homework at 8PM, etc.) and all the places that I will be going to (e.g. school, piano classes, bookstore, etc.). I also used the organizer to list down all the money that I have earned from selling candy bars and lemonade. I made sure to record the amount I earned per day and then total my earnings by the end of the week. I would then give my earnings to my mother so that she could deposit it into my own back account. However, while you may think that I was being too uptight, let me inform you that I also made time to enjoy my youth. I also went out with friends, got involved with a few sports, went on dates in my teenage years, travelled with my family, and many more. It is all about proper organization and time management after all.

When I was still starting out in business, I used to have a secretary who was completely unorganized. From my daily schedule to her deadlines, she basically didnt get things done. I then found out what was causing the mayhem: she listed everything in a plain old notebook. This caused her to get confused with names, dates, details, and so on. While the importance of email may be overlooked by some, the developers over at Google aim to change the way everyone looks at email. With Inbox, email has been made more interactive, convenient, and enjoyable.

Chapter 2: Digging Deeper in the Inbox Applications FeaturesPeople in business, like me, rely heavily on email applications upon communicating with clients and potential investors coming from abroad. Being in business for many years now, one of the things that I have realized is this: As your business grows, your clientele grows with it.

I deal with most of my clients through email as I rarely have the time to meet with them in person, especially for those who are in different states. My inbox gets flooded with almost a hundred emails every dayfrom clients, from business partners, from my secretary, and others. I also have another email account for personal emails. With Inbox, emails are automatically grouped based on their categories. I think having the Inbox application can lessen the stress of managing multiple accounts as I can now use only one email account and automatically separate work-related emails from personal emails. While some people prefer to group their emails manually, those who do not have the time to do so, find this new application useful and convenient.
