•Collaborate with SAN Tech Group to produce training aids such as ‘How to’, ‘Why to’ introductory videos•Collate feedback •Improve and develop technical and pedagogical support in response to feedback
Training
•Arranged One-One or Group sessions•Weekly Open drop-in ‘sandpit’ sessions
•Observe sessions and when possible, advise on more effective practices
Training videos & User guides
•Working with Student Ambassador Network technology group to produce ‘How to’ & ‘Why to’ use the CILASS technology videos•Regularly produce and update user guides
