Innovation concept: Sports nutrition and healthy jointsA tailor-made sports drink concept for healthy joints

Anatomically, a joint is a mobile connection between two or more bones. Without our joints we could not walk, jump or lift things. Whether we like it or not – our joints are al-ways in motion. Wear and tear of joints and cartilage can occur even at a very young age.

Monitor-ing the market and competitors is essential. They identify competitors’ products, sales channels, prices and legal aspects and also perform sensory tests.

Market analysis/market research Based on many years of experience in mar-keting and sales, nutrineo includes current trend data, individual customer requests and information from market-specific databases and trade journals in its innovation process.

Product development The product developers begin with drawing up a recipe. Next, the first samples are made, subjected to a sensory evaluation by an inter-nal panel and then adjusted to changing re-quirements, if needed. Sensory tests are also performed in their own accredited sensory laboratory and they support the documenta-tion of trial and industrial-scale production. Added to that, they verify the marketability, labelling and use of claims.

Packaging designIn cooperation with external service pro-viders and experienced advertising agencies, nutrineo develops a design based on the con-cept specifications that matches the market requirements as optimally as possible.

The demand for individual packaging solu-tions requires high flexibility within the in-dustry; an approach that they as an experi-enced service provider are able to deliver.

Distribution/LogisticsClose cooperation with their customers is also important to nutrineo when it comes to the pla cing of orders and handling. The mu-tual definition of the service level for order processing is the basis for successful cooper-ation.
