• Checklists—Break down task instructions intoindividual steps and confirm the completion of eachstep. Define checklists for any task, whether the taskwill be used on a work order or on a Lockout/Tagout(LOTO) procedure. Automatically create follow-up work orders for all checklist items that are flagged for follow-up.

• Configuration manager—Allow your systemadministrators to set up a test environment and buildtheir unique configurations by being able to export the Infor EAM Enterprise development environmentbase configurations to a special XML-formatted file that may be imported into another Infor EAM Enterprise environment.

• Materials management—Monitor and control theinventories of storerooms with tools that includeeconomic order quantity (EOQ) and class calculationsand assignments, support parts receipts, issues,returns, and cycle counts.

• Metering function—Allow an unlimited number ofmeters to be associated with a single piece ofequipment. Eliminate the need for supplementalmetering with metered usage values that can flowdown an equipment hierarchy (that you can define) toselected components.

• Messenger—Allow user-defined recipients toautomatically receive email notifications for predefinedevents, such as the submission of a requisition or thereceipt of a part. You’ll keep your personnel updatedon actions such as work or purchase order requests,approvals, completions, and purchase order receipts,as well as deletions in the database.

• Microsoft® Project interface—With a true, two-wayinterface between Infor EAM Enterprise and MicrosoftProject, you can pass work orders and trade personnelinformation to Project for planning and schedulingpurposes. Project returns scheduling data forexecution and tracking.

• Purchasing management—Ensure that you order theright parts and keep up with delivery times, vendorperformance payments, and goods receipts. To getadvanced web-based procurement, use Infor EAMiProcure® (see the Advanced modules section for more information).

• Repairable spares functionality—Designate parts orequipment as being “repairable.” Automatically placeitems designated for refurbishment in a “to berepaired” location when returned to the storeroomfollowing maintenance action.
