During the first 30-45 days of our partnership, Implementation Specialist will be primary source of contact for all points of service. 3 CPEhr Client System Configuration Information gathered from Executive Meeting is used to set up client HRIS account and web based Human Resources/Payroll Management portal. Employee Orientations/Enrollments Introduction of CPEhr services and gathering of employee information: New hire paperwork/benefits enrollment Q & A Opportunity. 4 5 Payroll and Tax Set-Up Employee-specific data uploaded into HRIS system (Includes PTO balances and YTD successor wages/taxes). 6 Employee Benefits Set-Up Enrollment elections audited and entered/uploaded into HRIS system; electronic files generated and transmitted to respective insurance carriers. 7 Human Resources Support Implementation Specialist consults with you on any immediate human resources concerns such as, employee relations, wage & hour review and FLSA classifications. First & Second Payroll Processing Implementation Specialist works directly with you in reporting and processing timely and accurate payrolls. 8 Risk Management/Safety Based on your industry and safety needs, Implementation Specialist will coordinate an on-site inspection/consultation with one of our Risk Management Specialists within 30-90 days. 9 Transition to Dedicated Service Team Implementation Specialist coordinates transition meeting introducing you to your dedicated service team. 2 Executive Meeting

CPEhr Implementation Specialist meets with your designated team. The primary objective of this meeting is to establish service expectations and provide an understanding of CPEhr’s processes.

During the first 30-45 days of our partnership, Implementation Specialist will be primary source of contact for all points of service.

3CPEhr Client System Configuration

Information gathered from Executive Meeting is used to set up client HRIS account and web based Human Resources/Payroll Management portal.

Employee Orientations/Enrollments

Introduction of CPEhr services and gathering of employee information:• New hire paperwork/benefits enrollment• Q & A Opportunity.

Payroll and Tax Set-Up

Employee-specific data uploaded into HRIS system (Includes PTO balances and YTD successor wages/taxes).

Employee Benefits Set-Up

Enrollment elections audited and entered/uploaded into HRIS system; electronic files generated and transmitted to respective insurance carriers.

7 Human Resources Support

Implementation Specialist consults with you on any immediate human resources concerns such as, employee relations, wage & hour review and FLSA classifications.
