Logging In

1. Go to www.InfinityHR.com. (Be sure to save to your favorites) 2. Enter your User ID and Password. Click Login. (First time users follow #3 and #4 below)

3. Your User ID consists of [first letter of first name][full last name][last 4 digits of SSN]

Example: If your name is Joe Smith and your social is 123-45-6789 Your User ID would be jsmith6789

4. If it’s your first time logging into the system, you will need to click on the “First Time User? Forgot or want to Reset your password?” link:

5. You will then be required to verify your identity by entering your date of birth and SSN. Then click the Find My Record button.

6. Once the system has located your record, you’ll need to enter your User ID (see #3 above) and create your password:

7. When your password has been created you’ll be redirected to the login screen where you’ll be able to log in using your User ID and new password (step 2 above).
