Our award-winning Customer Care Center, trading, sales, and software
development departments are all in-house to allow us strict quality control.
We partner with a number of local and state apartment associations, and we
have been a member of the National Apartment Association since 1999.

to visit your property to answer questions from your staff and residents, and we

Infinite Energy representatives complete continuing education classes and visit

we may adapt and better serve our multifamily customers.

when a lease does. Our dedicated team assists
your residents in choosing the best plan to
match their leases and personal budgets.

We offer employee discount programs to all of your

your communities.
A dedicated Infinite Energy representative is always

ongoing training.

Our online portal, Community Manager, allows you to manage every aspect of your energy.
This program was developed by Infinite Energy and our in-house development team. You may control
different permission sets for different users so that they can access some, all, or none of these options.
There are five key sections on this portal:
Unit Search • Check the current status of any unit • Submit orders for energy to be turned on or off. • Verify that a resident has set up service prior to moving in to prevent the energy from being billed to
the community.
Utility Cost Recovery (UCR) • Unit Search makes it rare that residents use energy under the community’s name, but UCR allows
you to recover these costs in case it does happen.
Occupancy Details • Records all service turn on and turn off requests at any unit.
Billing and Payments • Invoices are available online for viewing or payment on the same day we mail them out.
• View invoices in PDF format or in an Excel file to upload into your accounting software.
Reports • Run reports covering up to 18 months on general accounting, energy history, the UCR history and the
Occupancy Request history.
