Long Hours

Inside a factory, that workers worked long hours. Workers in the industrial revolution, battled long hours.

Factory, that had women sewing. In the industrial revolution, there were a lot of jobs with repetitive, boring tasks.

Factories during the industrial revolution. During the industrial revolution, there were factories with unpleasant environments, terrible working conditions, and that produced an enormous amount of pollution.

Todays, car manufacturing factory. Today, the factories are clean, non-crowded, and have good working conditions.

Minimum wage, allows the workers to know that they can’t be payed unfairly, the money can only go up. Workers during the industrial revolution were payed 10 cent a day.

Large group of people striking. Striking today, isn’t as it was back during the industrial revolution. People today, don’t strike for survival, or for their job, but for other community activities.
