DAY 04: PERIYAR Early morning guided Jungle walk in the Periyar tiger Reserve National Park. This 03-hour-walk is very interesting and gives you a chance to see wildlife life at a very close distance. Periyar Reserve is a home to herds of elephants, sambar, gaur, macaques and Nilgiri langur. If you are lucky you may even spot the rarely sighted leopards and tigers. Today you will go a two hour Boat Cruise on the Periyar Lake. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 05: PERIYAR - KUMARAKOMMorning after breakfast drive towards Kumarakom - a tiny hamlet perched on the western banks of the Vembanad Lake. Lying 16 km west of Kottayam, Kumarakom is a land of streams and canals, and is popularly known for its bird sanctuary. On arrival check in the resort and rest of the day at leisure.
