Nazis education consists in teaching the children since they were young who ruled in that time, who was the boss and changed their minds and their ideas. They ended up making the children believe that Hitler was the best and loyally follow him until the end.

Order castles

The order castles were the most elite out of all German schools. Only the most strong National Socialist were allowed to go to this school. The students chosen to go to the order castles were selected from the Adolf Hitler schools.

The students who were selected for the order castles were those who were outstanding in P.E (physical activity) or very athletic.

Those who had potential were sent to Order Castle and it was obligatory. The children could not decide if they wanted to go or not, neither could the parents.

The Nazi order castles tought absoulout obedience and discipline and long hours of physical training.

They practiced for when the pupils left for the army, so they had to take part in war games with live ammunition, and some pupils got accidently killed.

- Krössinsee: The first 6 years were spent studying “racial science” and all Nazi believes.

- Vogelsang: In the second castle they practiced more sports and athletics.

- Sonthofen: In the third castle, government and military instruction.

- Marienburg: In the 4th castle they went to East Prussia, where they were tought about the importance and the need of expanding German lands.

Those who graduated from the order castles were expected to get a high place in the army or the SS.

Membership

• The Hitler Youth grew from a group with a handful of boys to one of the most important uniformed youth group in Europe.

• Membership increased from about 1,000 boys in 1923 to nearly 8 million in 1939 when Hitler launched World War II.
