Procedure of installation
1. To determine the position on the tank roof under which the centre of the float will rise and fall. To notice, that this position is localized to 485 mms of the wall of the tank.
2. The float diameter is 300 mms. Holes of passage of float guide wire are centred to 170 mms of every
side of the centre of the float. These 2 holes are aligned in relation to the wall of the tank. 3. To make these 3 holes of ø50 mms on the roof. 4. To verifies the angle of the roof. 5. To screw the coupling with the bore pipe and to weld the whole
into the middle hole. Keep the pipe in a true vertical position. Remark, if the coupling doesn't exist, welding the bore pipe directly into the middle hole.
6. To weld the two coupling in holes of passage of the float guide wire.
To hold the position of coupling very vertical. 7. To hang the plumb line through the bore pipe . The lead touches the bottom of the tank. To mark the centre. 8. To hang plumb lines through the 2 holes of passage the float guide wire. The lead touches the bottom of the tank. To mark the position of the anchor bar . 9. To weld the anchor bar . 10. To thread the float guide wire through accessories of the stretcher
(guide wire spring assembly). To attach cables to the anchor barwith the wire clamp assembly . (detail
