看到了只是看到聽到了只是聽到不要產生好惡

Seeing is just seeing

Hearing is just hearing

Do not feel pleased or displeased

因為心裡有了好惡的分別就會有所執著

Once one distinguishes pleasant feeling from unpleasant feeling, attachment is formed

喜愛的就想佔有討厭的就會排斥

患得患失，煩惱就來了

One tends to possess what one likes and reject what one dislikes.

Worrying about getting and not getting , frustration pursues.

錯把無常當做永恆不希望接受無常的事實

煩惱就會出現Mistaking something that does not last as

permanent

&

Refusing to accept the fact of impermanence cause frustration to arise.

事情發生了能夠處理的就處理不能處理的就接受

When something happens, what you can do, handle it.

What you cannot handle, accept it.

然後暫且放下來待因緣際會時再處理

這就是智慧Then leave it aside for sometimes.

Handle it again when conditions are right.

This is wisdom.

時時觀察自己微細的念頭不要被自己蒙蔽

Observe all the times, what ever thought arises in you, albeit a fleeting one.

Do not be fooled by yourself.

煩惱來時、不要害怕、不要討厭、讓它煩去自己不煩、久而久之、煩惱會愈來愈少

When mental unrest arises, do not be afraid, do not be annoyed.

Let it be and do not get worked up.

Gradually, mental unrest would become less and less.

遇到煩惱、要面對它

接受它、處理它、放下

它

Coming across a problem, face it, accept it, handle it and let it go.

有煩惱的時候不要把它當成困擾，就沒有煩惱

When there is a problem, if you do not treat it as something bothering, then there is no problem.

不論外在的境界如何變化情緒都不會受到牽動

那麼，就可以斷除煩惱了

No matter what happens, if emotion is not involved, then mental unrest is eliminated.

如感覺到有煩惱、有問題、先檢討自己 不責怪他人、埋怨環境、煩惱是自己的

Feeling that there is a problem, examine first on own self before blaming others and the things around you.

The problem is yours.

當自己發現起煩惱時要感謝使你產生煩惱的人、事、物

因為，他們是在幫助你修行

Realizing a problem, be grateful to the person, the incidence and the object that cause the problem , because they help you to cultivate.

外在的幫助、只能暫時解決自己的問題 而不能穿透問題的根源、真正解決問題

Help from outside can only solve own problem temporarily. It would not be able to penetrate into the source and completely solve the problem.

唯一有效方法、就是仰賴自己透過修行、來解決自己的問題

Relying on own self and through cultivation is the only effective way to solve own problems.

不自找煩惱，就是智慧智慧生於煩惱而用於煩惱

Not looking for problem is wisdom. Wisdoms grow from problems and use them to solve problems.
