One Year prior to desired dates within season owned:Make your home resort reservation to occupy or exchange with Interval International.

Up to 6 Months before the end of your Use Year: Bank current Use Year’s Vacation Club Points into the following Use Year.

September 30: Elect Vacation Club Points for the following Use Year.

December 31: Trade eligible week for Marriott Rewards points for the following year.

Important Dates for Vacation Club Points Owners

Your Use Year* will begin every year on your anniversary date, which is the first day of the month after your closing. (For example, if you purchased your Vacation Club Points on August 10 and your closing was September 10, your Use Year will begin October 1 each year.)

Trade for Marriott Rewards® points from 25 months prior to the beginning of your Use year to 9 months prior to the end of your Use Year. (For example, if your Use Year begins on October 1, 2014, you may trade for Marriott Rewards points as early as September 1, 2012, and no later than December 31, 2014.)

Banking Points – You may bank up to 100% of your annual Vacation Club Points for use during the following Usage Year when you do so 6 months prior to the end of your Usage Year you are banking. (For example, if your Use Year is October 1, 2014, then you may bank up to 100% of your Vacation Club Points for use during the following Usage Year as long as you do it by March 31, 2014.)
