PRE-FABRICATED PARTS SAVE YOU COST

Kitted parts are available in standard door sizes. Head

and jambs are pre-cut, milled and ready to accept

hardware. Thresholds are pre-cut and assembled. Jambs

and head profiles are available in full length lineals to

support your custom sizes.

COMPONENTS

LOW MAINTENANCE

The ImperiClad door system provides a very low maintenance

exterior because of its pre-finished durability. Profiles are

encapsulated with SuperCap, which provides a beautiful

yet durable millwork finish exterior that won’t peel, fade or

warp and unlike aluminum, is impervious to salt air. Dirt

can be easily removed with just mild soap and water. The

SuperCap finish comes in 3 pre-finished colors: White, Almond

and Adobe. Frames are also available in Bronze SRC solar

reflective coating.

The Triple Seal Astragal by Imperial Products has proven

consistently that it is the highest performing and most

durable astragal available.

WEATHER SEALS

The best thresholds and astragals will only perform to the level

the weather seals allow them. That is why we have developed

the EZ pad, 22 sweep, and the Leading Edge™ corner pad.

Heat loss through the frame of the door is a common

problem with hollow fiberglass or wood door frames.

Because the ImperiClad composite door frame is a solid

thermoplastic material, it outperforms these other frame

materials in energy efficiency.

MOISTURE-PROOF, INSECT-PROOF

ImperiClad composite door jambs will never absorb

moisture, humidity or condensation – so components

can’t rot or deteriorate. Aluminum-clad wood

configurations can’t make this claim. ImperiClad is

also impervious to insect infestation.
