IMBALLICAD is a software that allows to design wood packaging with its struc-

tural elements and accessories. It’s possible to generate automatically perspec-

tive and executive drawings bill of materials and preventives.

Using this software it’s possible to create and manage different types of wood

packaging, such as:

Pallet with 2 or 4 paths and with free tracing

Different typologies of packing cases

Customised products: user can create its packaging through a spreadsheet

and import it automatically in CAD

Crates with a full base and with lists

This software allows to manage:

Proposals and orders

Customers data and catalog

Production sheets

Bill of materials and sheets cut

Production cost estimation

Accessories management

Calculation of CONAI wood and plastic

Personalized report in Excel, PDF and Word format

Product design and estimation can be done following several steps:

Definition of geometry and design data

Automatic creation of the 3D model in AutoCAD environment

Print Designs, Perspective views and Processing Boards listed automatically

Check structural dimensioning bottom, sides, cover

Automatic calculation of all the data needed for the quote (cubic meters, surfa ce area, volume, weight and additional materials: nails, bolts, brackets, etc.) and

derivation of the estimate in Word and PDF

Automatic optimization of the cut with automatic derivation of

the cut and the calculation of the scrap.

It’s always possible to change input data, recreate drawing or

modify it, thanks to AUTOCAD and its flexibility.
