iLead 2014 this month, is the second times AIESEC UB use iLead as thebrand of Local Leadership Conference. What makes different with the first iswe bring new concept of iLead that is Integrated Local Election AndDevelopment Conference. Yeah its true, we have Election for next term LCPin this conference.This organization is all about LEADERSHIP and it means that allmembers deserve a time to reflect, to build and to unleash itspotential to lead! In 2014, iLEAD is taking theme "Unleash YourPotential, Take the Lead" within the conference spirit "Let'sbuild to the last!". The theme has meaning and objective thatthis conference is the place for full members to find who theyreally are and start to find out what kind of role after this thatproper for them for taking higher role. It will be supported by thespirit of how for current members to create last best momentand contribution for LC and how new member to learn fast andcollaborate more for the sake of best history in 2013-2014 andas well strong foundation for 2014-2015.
