AT THE START OF THE PRESENT MILLENNIUM, CIVILIZATION REACHED A CROSSROADS, UNABLE TO HALT THE TECHNOLOGIES THAT CONTINUE TO EXPLOIT THE EARTHS RESOURCES AND FACING THE PROSPECT OF A CONTINUOUS RISE IN THE HUMAN POPULATION, WE SEEM TO BE ON A STAGE ON WHICH AN ENORMOUS HUMAN-ENVIRONMENT EXPERIMENT IS BEING PLAYED.

WHAT THE PROPOSED IDEA IS!IN INDIA, FOR EQUAL REPRESENTATION WE HAVE DIFFERENT CONSTITUENCIES AND THE IDEA IS TO MAKE USE OF THIS OUTCOME OF POLITICS INTO A TOOL FOR SCIENTIFIC EXPLOITATION. THE IDEA IS TO START PROJECTS IN EACH COMMUNITY DEALING WITH THE GHOSTS OF THIS 21ST CENTURY WE CAN START MINI- CONSTITUENCY BASED PROJECTS.

STAKEHOLDERS CONTRIBUTIONGOVT CAN ESTABLISH PROCESSING FACTORIES REQUIRED TO MANAGE THE WASTE VIZ- PYROLYSIS PLANT, BIOGAS ETC.REDUCING TAX .REQUIREMENTS THAT ALL PACKAGING BE REUSABLE OR MADE (AT LEAST PARTLY) OF RECYCLED MATERIALS.TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND LEGAL SUPPORT TO NGOS, BUSINESSMEN, VOLUNTEERS ETC SO THAT THEY CAN BRING ABOUT A DECREASE IN SOLID WASTE GENERATION AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF RECYCLING MARKET.DEMARCATING A DEFINITE SHARE OF THE GAS AND WATER TAX LEVIED BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE PROJECT WORKERS.GOVERNMENT SHOULD CARRY OUT REGULAR QUALITY CHECKS OF THE TREATED WATER TO MAINTAIN SAFE TREATMENT PROCEDURES.DIVERTING MNREGA WORKFORCE.

CONCLUSIONMOTHER NATURE CREATED OUR PLANET EARTH SUCH THAT WE REMAIN DEPENDENT ON EACH OTHER FOR OUR EXISTENCE. THE ASSURANCE THAT WE WILL STILL SURVIVE TOMORROW IS DICTATED BY HOW WE HAVE BEEN LIVING OUR LIFE IN THE PAST AND THE PRESENT. OUR FUTURE EXISTENCE IS SECURE ONLY IF WE JOIN OUR HANDS TOGETHER AND STRIVE FOR THE CONSERVATION OF OUR ENVIRONMENT AND OUR SURROUNDINGS.
