Select “My Searches/Alerts” to manage your

email alerts

You can amend your alert frequency and

remove unwanted alerts from your account

Select the Export format and type.

Then give your export a filename


Creating Notes in Documents

Select an article of interest



Personal account users can

make notes in documents. Select

“Make a New Note”. Type your

note in the text box and select

“Create Note”



Share your note with users in

your own organisation by

checking “Share this note”.

You can also edit or delete

your own notes
