to give me a job interview. I speculate you may be deeply

concerned about two factors: my age & lacking sales

experiences. Please listen to my self-defense.

(1) My age 46.5: since I regularly go long-distance jogging,

please check the attached certificates, Tarogo Gorge half-

marathon 21km, running time 1hr:57mins:13secs. My physical

appearance & strength are equivalent to a man less than 40.

Moreover, if you're worried about I may easily be insubordinate

since you're much younger than I am, don't worry about that

because I'm fully aware it's competence, not age, that decides

job rankings & positions. Besides, many subordinates of Mark

Zuckerberg, Larry Page, and Sergey Brin are ten plus years the

trio's senior, but it doesn't hinder the trio's leadership.

(2) My lacking of sales experiences: Let me give you one of

many examples, when I worked as PM at Neo Solar

Power (NSP), it was me who hosted meetings attended by high-

ranking managers of solar panel and cell RD (assessing the

future technology), of Procurement (assuring the material

supply sources), and of Financial department (moderately

calculating the cost-worthiness) to decide the 2013-2017 new

product forecast of NSP. After this 5-year-product-forecast was

approved by Directors & CEO of NSP, I was in charge of

producing the promotional pamphlets of this 5-year-product-

forecast & training the sales colleagues to fully understand the

pamphlets. At first, when important customers came to NSP, I

had to brief them NSP's future 5-year-milestones and answered

their thorny questions with facts, plausible solutions & humor

to demonstrate my sales colleagues how to sell them

effectively.

On the contrary, I’m the best candidate you’re looking for

with two reasons:

(1) I’m an expert on CMOS manufacturing & theory after

working as Advanced RD Sr. engineer for two years at TSMC &

1.5 years at UMC, earning four patents on how to drastically

enhance CMOS performances. It definitely will help me to grasp

the nuts & bolts of your company’s IC products in a short time.

(2) My idiomatic English, TOEIC score 960, dazzling English

presentation skills trained by Toastmasters International (TI),

awarded by TI The Competent Communicator & The Competent

Leader, both shown in the attached certificates.
