This presentation discusses how improve and update resources, programs and services that are working well. This presentation highlights the path of a NLM project that included proposing a project in an area of interest, investigating a Web based health literacy resource, advocating for an area needing improvement, and receiving response and support from the institution to implement the change.TRANSCRIPT
