Description:

is a automation and remote control system designed for heating and air conditioning.The various hardware and bus connections interact with each other and with management software in order to completely manage a condominium:

- Generate heat with maximum efficiency Thanks to boiler control panels, burner operation is optimized accord-

ing to the temperatures required in various circuits. Control equipment constantly evaluates setpoint temperatures necessary for all

associated circuits, if they are connected to the equipment.

- Heat distribution with minimal loss In order to achieve overall high efficiency, distribution must be carried out while

loss is minimized. achieves above mentioned objective by continuously monitoring user

actual heating requirements and by acting in real time and influencing heat gen-eration and distribution.

In particular may adjust temperatures and flow based on real require-ments, by controlling boiler pumps, mixing valves and supply pumps to distribu-tion columns.

- Use heat responsibly With Nereix controllers, heat can be adjusted and used responsibly, combining

the convenience of autonomous heating with the efficiency of centralized heat-ing.

Each user can monitor own consumption progress and adapt own behavior in order to achieve the best compromise between comfort and budget.

If its desired one can also impose, at a centralized level, ambient temperature limitations for different time periods (in compliance with applicable rules and/or condominium regulations).

Each autonomous adjustment is able to interact with the boiler and with the supply system demanding own requirements. The boiler and the dis-tribution system will adapt quickly to real requirement total in order to meet residents needs, limiting waste.

Description:

QETERM01CE boiler control panels can work individually for only one burner con-trol or with others of the same type, carrying out multiple boiler centralized man-agement. A remote management unit can be connected to a single panel or a series master QETERM01CE panel (maximum 16) can be interconnected through a special bus connection.If a Nereix Master is a constituent part of the system, it can be used for manage-ment/remote management of appropriately connected QETERM01CE panels via bus. Utility satellites for heating and cooling adjustment and metering.Depending on the model, these Nereix satellites can be equipped with hot, cold and rain water volumet-ric meters.In order to adjust ambient temperature using ther-mostats or e-kronos automatic unit, the modules are equipped with 2 or 3 way valves for carrier fluid interception.Nereix Metering satellites, thanks to the insulating shell characteristic of the series, may be used for both cooling and heating systems, the calorie meter automatically determines energy input type.Consumption data, transmitted via bus from the calorie meter and via volumetric meter pulse, are acquired by the module electronic board.The module electronic board interfaces with e-kro-nos ambient unit or with the thermostat and pro-vides commands to zone valves (up to 2 independ-ent valves).Thanks to an optional Nereix Master, a PC is able to configure, verify and command the satellite mod-ules and the e-kronos automated modules.Using a data SIM contained in a Nereix Master, man-agement can be performed remotely and/or via in-ternet. Thanks to Nereix Master installation, web view and management services can be required for consump-tion data.

Nereix utility metering units for regulating and metering, cooling and heating energy using radiant panels. Depending on the model, these Nereix satellites can be equipped with hot, cold, rain water volumetric meters.In order to adjust ambient temperature using thermostats or automatic e-kronos units, the modules are equipped with circulatory and mixing valve having electronic con-trol over delivery temperature.

Delivery temperature, depending on installed accessories, can be regulated as following:- Fixed value- Depending on external temperature (with external

probe)- With ambient compensation (with e-kronos)- Depending on dew point (with ambient humidity sensor)

Some Nereix Floor utility satellites provide outputs for radiator or dehumidifier activation depending on season Nereix Floor satellites have thermal insulation against con-densation.The calorie meter automatically determines energy input (heating-cooling) Consumption data, transmitted via bus from the calorie meter and transmitted between volumet-ric meters are acquired from the module electronic board.Module electronic board communicates with e-kronos ambient unit or with the thermostat.Thanks to an optional Nereix Master, a PC is able to con-figure, verify and command the satellite modules and the e-kronos automated modules.Using a data SIM contained in a Nereix Master, manage-ment can be performed remotely and/or via internet.Thanks to Nereix Master installation, web view and man-agement services can be required for consumption data.

NERIEIX MASTER WITH MODEMCentralization equipment for Nereix utility satellites and equipment view and management (see specific section), equipped with GSM-SPRS modem. In addition to local management (via USB interface), Nereix Master with modem allows remote system management by means of specific software applications.
