BIDDING PROCEDURE

Two months prior to the APASL Annual Meeting, the APASL secretariat will

inform all APASL members about the bidding procedure by email.

The email will include:

A. Invitation letter by Steering Committee of APASL to propose hosting

the meeting

B. Bidding Form / Annual Meeting &STC asking follows:

Conference Term

Conference venue

Expected number of attendants (National / International)

Estimated total budget

Agreement to contribute the fund of the certain % of total revenue to

the society

If the organizer needs seed money to start

Agreement with no another International Meeting or Group joint

holding

Application deadline: 2 weeks before each year’s Annual Meeting

Approximately 2 weeks prior to the bidding, the APASL Secretariat will

inform all the bidders about the date/time and place of presentation by

email.

8 (Eight) minutes is required for the bidding

The result will be announced at the

General Business Meeting for APASL all

members, which is held on the last day of

the annual meeting.

The president has to have

been an APASL member for

at least 3 (three) years.

The host country has to have

at least 20 (twenty) APASL

active members or more.
