I've total 14 yrs. of experience & worked with world class brand companies . I completed my 1 yr. with IBM in Feb 2013. From June 2012 my managers(Alta Lewis,Venkat Karamuddi & Vijay Shejwal) are forcing me to work on Saturday & Sundays. My offer letter doesn't speaks of any such clause & even as per Indian labour law any person should work for 40 hours a week,which Am doing from going to company from monday to Friday/I escalated matter to HR(Raghav Aavari & Srinivas Mada) but rather than taking action on managers started supporting them & all 5 people excuse themselves by giving reason business requirement/exigency. Is this way to do business by mentally haraasing & torturing employee? This HARRASMENT IS BOTH VERBAL & IN WRITTEN. only IBM is doing business other IT companies don't do business? Why globally IT companies give saturday & sunday off? Are they not doing bsuiness? I sent legal notice to IBM in Dec 2012 but situation & attitiude of these 3 managers & 2 HR people was same.Fianlly 0n Jan 9 2013 case file on IBM for mantal torture & force of resignation by not working on saturday & sunday's but I was shocked to see that attitude & situation was same. This proves these managers & HR people are least bothered ofemployee's trouble & they just torture mentally & safe themselves with statement"Business requirement/exigency. Finally they violated labour law & insulted Labour court by terminating me on Feb 8 2013 without giving termination letter & didn't waited for decision from labor court.They came to know that I'm panning to held press conference

I'VE 20 WRTTEN EVIDENCES AGAINST THESE 5 PEOPLE OF MENTAL HARRASMENT &FORCE OF RESIGNATION FOR NOT WORKING ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY. INTERNALLY MATTER WAS ELEVATED TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES INCLUDING VP& CHAIRMAN OF IBM.

All this proves that IBM is doing business by mentally torturing & harrasing employess.
