IBC WEEK OF GIVEAWAYS RULES How to Enter.

The 2014 IBC Contest (the “Contest”) takes place between January 20, 2014 and January 24, 2014 (the “Contest Period”). You will be automatically entered into the drawing once your register for 2014 IBC.

 Determination of Winning ERA Office; Odds.

On or about January 20, 2014 through January 24, 2014, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all Qualified Registrants to pick one (1) winning Qualified Registrant each day for five days. In order to redeem the prize, the Qualified Registrant must be affiliated with an ERA® office at the time the 2014 ERA International Business Conference is held. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes. Day 1 Prize: One (1) Prize will include transportation to/from Los Angeles International Airport during the 2014 ERA International Business Conference. Approximate retail value of transportation is $150.00.Day 2 Prize: 10 Drink tickets to be used at the 2014 ERA International Business Conference in Los Angeles, CA. You can use the drink tickets on the night of your choice (Opening Night or Closing Night). Approximate retail value of the tickets are $100.00.Day 3 Prize: Three (3) nights lodging to the 2014 ERA International Business Conference in Los Angeles, CA. Approximate retail value of $700.00. Day 4 Prize: Two (2) registrations to the 2015 ERA International Business Conference, Location to be revealed at the 2014 International Business Conference. IBC WEEK OF GIVEAWAYS RULESGeneral. VOID IN PUERTO RICO OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. OR AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, MUNICIPAL AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. Prize is non-transferable; no substitutions or exchanges, except by Sponsor due to unavailability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winning ERA Qualified Registrant may be required by Sponsor to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days after being notified of potentially winning status.

Noncompliance within specified time period or return of any prize notification as undeliverable or a determination that any selected winner is ineligible will result in disqualification of such winner. By entering Contest, each ERA® Qualified agrees to release and hold the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and understand that the results and decisions of Sponsor are final in all respects. By accepting the prize, winning ERA Company grants to Sponsor the right to use its name, logo, and biographical information, and each winning ERA Qualified Registrant grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness and biographical information for any lawful purpose (including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion), in perpetuity, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners release Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this Contest, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize related activity and claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation or prize delivery. Subject to all applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the entire contest or modify the contest, if fraud or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable controls effects the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries which may damage an entrant’s system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the Contest.

Names of Winner. To obtain the names of winners, available after January 25, 2014, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by Sponsor on or before February 1, 2014, to: 2014 IBC Winner’s List Request, ERA Franchise Systems LLC, 175 Park Avenue, Madison, NJ 07940.
