• RHBIB purchases goods from a Supplier and then sells to the client.
• RHIB take title to the goods.
• The client make deferred payment that covers the cost of the goods.
• The title of the goods is then transferred to the client at the time of purchases.
• Dirham (money) • As a concept for cash
financing facility whereby the client buy something on credit from RHBIB and resells it for cash to a third party.
• The customer can obtained cash without taking an interest-based loan.

Based on a Hybrid Shariah Contract
Contract for the act of the Bank together with its customer participate to jointly purchase and own a residential property. Customer the periodically purchases the Bank’s ownership until the ownership is transferred in the name of the customer.
Contract for the act of the Bank leases the property to customer for utilizing the benefit / occupying the property.
