Congratulations on the purchase of your Air/Oil Separator (AOS) and thank you forchoosing IAG Performance. This installation manual is intended to guide you throughthe modification of the factory PCV system and the installation of the IAG AOS. If youalready have an aftermarket catch can or AOS installed, please consult the specificinstructions for your hardware to aid in its removal. PLEASE ENSURE THE VEHICLEIS COMPLETELY COOL BEFORE STARTING THE INSTALLATION.

Disconnect the hose from the sensor.

Loosen the clamp on the PCVvacuum hose and remove the hose.

Using a pick tool loosen the springclamp at the block vent and removethe PCV assembly.

Attach this hose to the supplied Ypipe using the spring clamps. Tightenboth springs clamps with pliers now.

Apply silicone lube or petroleum jellyto the lower portion of the short hose.

Push the hose assembly over thebarb on the block vent.

Disconnect the harness retaining clip.

Remove the bolt securing thismodule. Zip tie this module out of theway.

Install the AOS mounting bracket.Torque the bolts to 7 ft/lbs.

Attach the AOS drain hose using thesupplied clamp.

These fittings are preinstalled andtorqued. The fitting is designed toswivel around the bolt. Do notremove or tighten further.

Mount the AOS here using thesupplied hardware.

Slide a 16" section of heat sleeveover the drain hose. Route the AOSdrain hose through here. Make surethe drain flows downhill the wholeway to ensure proper drainage.

Slide the other 16" section of heatsleeve over the vent hose.

Loosen the AOS coolant breatherfitting. Top off any coolant lost duringinstallation. Start the vehicle and let itcome to operating temperature.Some coolant will begin to weep fromthis hole. Once the air has beenreleased, tighten the bleeder fitting.
