What do you mean that you cant breathe? Are you

tottering on the brink of death? Are you struggling

frantically in the dark blue stretch of sea, almost beingpushed underwater by the destructive waves? Are you

feeling difficulty with breathing while you are sleeping in

prison, I mean, in your stuffy room? The most prevalentheart disease is coronary heart disease. The coronary

arteries lie on the outside of the heart and carry blood to

the muscles in the walls of the heart.. Blood supply to the

muscles can be greatly reduced if the coronary arteries

become occluded. This can cause two problems: angina

pectoris and heart attack.

During heart attack, blood flow to a particular part of the

heart may be completely blocked. Due to the blocked blood

flow, that part of the heart does not receive sufficient

oxygen and nutrients. That region of the heart muscle dies.

Extensive heart muscle damage is often fatal as the heart

is no longer able to pump blood to the various parts of the

body. Sound like portentous medical jargon? Well, inlaymans terms, it means that we are imperfect beings.

Well, everything in this world is. From plants to dinosaurs,

everyone is preordained to die someday. There is nofantasy of being alive for thousand of years and wholly

immune to all kinds of pathogens. SighI lost a lot of my

relatives and each time I heard about their demise I worryabout m life.

Anyone who wants to end his/her life deliberately without

being embroiled in any disease or sickness is really

ignominious. If you cant even take this opportunity to liveyour life to the fullest and serve the community in

whatever means you can, I must tell you that you cant

study, read, write, enjoy and whatever in your afterlife.This does not mean that I do not believe in afterlife, but

this conception engenders a straitjacket where you have to

scrimp everyday because you are filled with the thought of

the better life after your death and you dont treasure

your life everyday. What if afterlife was false? Will you

regret? I dont want to talk morbidly about these matter

but death always come indiscriminately.

No matter who are you, well, the inimical aged body will

make you feeble so enough. We cant quell this from

happening because this is natural, determined by ourCreator. Even great people like Albert Einstein and

Bertrand Russell died.

I dont want to talk about this anymore, but this is theway I show my plebeian emotions, that we are nothing

special.

And look, animals cant write nor talk. But we can. We

can change the world. We are only blessed with developed

brains. See the bright light there? See the pulse of life?

Lets study hard now, get distinctions, get a degree, get

iPads, and especially, get a happy life.
